We collect only the information needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver our services and meet legal obligations:

  • Contact information — name, work email, phone number, company name, postal address.
  • Service brief — origin, destination, dates, load details and any notes you provide on quote forms.
  • Account & billing — VAT/Trade Licence number, PO references, bank details for invoicing.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referrer (collected automatically by analytics).
  • Communication records — emails, WhatsApp messages and call logs related to your job or account.

3. How we use your data

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to quote requests and general inquiries.
  • Plan, execute, track and invoice transport & logistics jobs.
  • Communicate operational updates (ETAs, exceptions, proof of delivery).
  • Maintain audit trails for ISO, ADNOC and tax compliance.
  • Improve our website, content and service quality.
  • Send service-related newsletters (only if you've opted in).

4. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We share it only when necessary to deliver the service or comply with law:

  • Operational partners — driver subcontractors, customs brokers, escort coordinators (under written confidentiality).
  • Authorities — RTA, customs, police, court orders, tax authority on lawful request.
