The first contract was crushed-rock haulage for a road project on Yas Island, 2008. Six low-bed trailers, three founding partners, one phone number. We picked up every call ourselves.

Eighteen years later the fleet has grown forty-fold, but the operating model hasn't budged. We still own (not lease) our trucks, run our own workshops, and our dispatch team sits inside the same Mussafah building it always has — now next to a 15,000 sqm bonded warehouse.

What changed is the kind of brief that lands on that desk: container drayage from Khalifa Port, 100-tonne transformer moves to Al Dhafra, daily staff routes for KIZAD factories, multi-year vehicle leases for facilities groups. The phone still rings at the same number.
